About Me

Bonjour! My name is Juliette and I come from the Corrèze départment, situated in the 'Dordogne region'. I have been in the UK for over 20 years.

I founded La Souris Verte 7 years ago after the birth of my little one. I was at a cross point in my life and needed a change from my crazy marketing professional life. I got the opportunity to share my love for my country and teach my language. I started with adult conversations and baby classes.

La Souris Verte has grown to be a strong French gateway for all French needs for individuals and companies. We now give classes to adults, children, babies, home education children, offer holiday clubs, GCSE and exam tuitions, private admin support, cultural training sessions and corporate marketing support.

My loves

My love for education and multi-cultural environments started at a very young age! I myself come from a multi-cultural family and for me, speaking foreign languages and adapting to people from other cultures come as second nature!

Throughout my career, I have been able to enjoy:

Multi-cultural environment – After a Master's degree in business specialised in multicultural management, I supported numerous international companies and then moved to teaching French language and its culture.
I strongly believe success in everything you do is linked to a thorough understanding of others' points of view and backgrounds.
Education – I have always educated in some form or another. First teaching English to children in France, then teaching health professionals as part of my marketing roles, teaching French in children in the UK and being a Cats Protection education speaker.
Health – Learning everything about health is a passion for me. I also have a degree in sophrology, a very popular French technique combining mindfulness with counselling and hypnotherapy.

My style

Structured, calm, caring, warm, inventive, adaptable, fun, different.

Teaching or training inside, outside, at the terrace of a café or online. Baking cakes, enjoying a nice croissant for a morning lesson, feeling and smelling France and sharing all the best that France has to offer.

Thinking outside the box and always finding solutions to difficult problems, asking why, why, why, until the reason is found and acting on it. I love a Eureka moment!

My hobbies

Cooking, walking in the woods, dancing.

Spending times with the people I love and feel happy with.
